The participants of the program will live in one of the Israeli kibbutzim for two weeks.
10 members of the UK Jewish community from different social and cultural backgrounds will take part in the shooting. The age of participants and their attitude to religion also vary widely.
"The participants of the program, belonging to the most diverse social and religious circles, will go to Israel to learn more about their cultural identity and discuss important issues of modern Judaism," the Air Force representative said.
The BBC posted ads on a set of TV show heroes on the Facebook pages of Restaurant Club and Jewish Britain, popular with British Jews.
The show will be on air next year. While the name of the program is not disclosed.
