That these words were told by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev at the yesterday meeting with the delegation of the European Union's Political and Security Committee.

The president said that separatism is a great threat:

"I think that it is very easy to determine the balance between territorial integrity and self-determination. Looking at the Helsinki Final Act, we can observe that everything here has been expressed clearly. Armenia is trying to manipulate public opinion, claiming that both principles have equal rights. Defining self-determination should not violate territorial integrity. Regarding the future of Nagorno-Karabakh, our position has always been that the Azerbaijanis should return to Nagorno-Karabakh in the future, and Armenians should live in Nagorno-Karabakh with them. "
