A narrow format meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the CIS was held in Sochi, Russia, on Oct. 11.

That Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev took part in the meeting.

Russian President Vladimir Putin welcomed President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

A joint photo of the Azerbaijani and Russian presidents was taken, and afterwards, the meeting began.
