President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on appointing Parviz Shahbazov Minister of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

That according to the decree Parviz Ogtay son Shahbazov was appointed Minister of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan
