The Northern Izmailovo Jewish-Cultural Center "Byte-Sfaradi" was opened

During the celebration of Sukkot in the Moscow region of Northern Izmailovo, the Jewish-Jewish Cultural Center "Shalom" was opened.
Within its walls people will receive invaluable knowledge that helps Jews to return to their roots.
Inna Israilova, curator of the educational programs of the Sunday school of the cultural center, actively gathers a group of children to introduce them to the traditions of the Jewish people, so that while living in the diaspora they should not be cut off from the origins of their people.
The cultural center is a project of the activist of the mountain-Jewish community of Rina Samoilova. Prior to its opening, Torah lessons, lectures and holidays were held in her own apartment. In the new premises, not only women and children can gather, but also the male half of the community.
"I very much hope that our project will become a warm place for all people who can come and learn how to properly worship the one Creator of the universe, for which all people have great value. I am very grateful to everyone who helped me: Herman Zakharyaev, Rakhim Migirov, Ruslan Matatyayev, Dare Goldschmidt, "Rina says.
The list of people who helped Rina Samoilova's project is impressive. Among them, the activist of the community of mountain Jews Frida Yusufova and the president of the guild of Russian lawyers Hasan Mirzoyev.
"This center was opened thanks to the efforts of many people," said Rabbi Aryeh Kogan. - There were women's and men's groups who learn to pray, who are not indifferent to their heritage. "
Rav Aryeh Kogan told the first visitors about the days of the celebration of Sukkot, and rabanite Hava Kuperman gave a lecture "The Power of a Woman." There is a rich program ahead: Torah lessons, Hebrew studies, kosher rules and needlework.
