The Council for Higher Education has published statistics on Israeli students.

According to "Arutz Sheva", this year more than 309 thousand students will study in 62 higher educational institutions of Israel. Of these, 23,200 are going to become bachelors, 64,615 - masters, 11015 - doctors.

59% of Israeli students are girls, and in all three of the above groups they constitute the majority. In the group of applicants for the title of bachelor their 58%, in the group of "masters" - 63% and in the group of "doctors" - 53%.
