President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on amending the Decree No. 349 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated June 13, 2000 "On improving the education system in the Republic of Azerbaijan".

The decree states:

"In connection with the application of the Order No. 3020 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated June 21, 2017" On the Reorganization of the Baku State University and the Azerbaijan State Economic University ", guided by Article 329 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby decree:

The Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 349 of June 13, 2000 "On Improvement of the Education System in the Republic of Azerbaijan" (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2000, No. 6, Articles 428, 431, 8 (III book), Article 614; 2008, No. 6, article 496, 2009, No. 9, article 687, 2011, No. 2, article 85; Article 7, article 743; Article 364, No. 9, Article 1064, Section 7, Article 842, 2016, No. 11, Article 1814), in part 6 of the article "Baku State University".

President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on Amending the List of Officials entitled to Consider Administrative Offenses, approved by Decree No 1256 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 23, 2017.

The decree states:

"Taking into account Article 109, paragraph 32, of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan," On Approval of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the Approval of the Code of Administrative Offenses" of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 29 December 2015 No. 96-VQ " On Amendments to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 795 of February 11, 2017, I decide:

The Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No 1256 of 23 February, 2017 (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2016, No. 2, Article 200, 2017, No. 6, Article 1105, Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 6, 2017, No 1591) the following changes to the "List of Officials Who Have the Right to Consider Administrative Offenses":

1. In figures 2.1 and 2.2, add "322.0.9, 322.0.10," after figures "322.0.7".

2. In paragraph 2.4 the words "322.0.1 and 322.0.7" shall be replaced with the words "322.0.1, 322.0.7, 322.0.9 and 322.0.10".

President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on approval of the Agreement on cooperation in the field of state control over construction safety between the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Economy of the Latvian Republic.

The decree states:

"Having regard to paragraph 17 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decree:

1. The Agreement between the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Latvia on cooperation in the field of state security on construction safety signed on July 17, 2017 in Riga.

2. After the entry into force of the Agreement referred to in Part 1 of this Decree, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall ensure the implementation of its provisions.

3. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall notify the Government of the Republic of Latvia of the fulfillment of the domestic procedures necessary for the entry into force of the Agreement ".

President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on approval of the Memorandum of Understanding on energy cooperation between the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Poland.

The decree states:

"Having regard to paragraph 17 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decree:

1. To approve the Memorandum of Understanding signed on June 27, 2017 in the Warsaw city on energy cooperation between the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Poland.

2. After the entry into force of the Memorandum of Understanding referred to in Part 1 of this Decree, the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall ensure the implementation of its provisions.

3. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall notify the Government of the Republic of Poland of the implementation of the domestic procedures required for the entry into force of the Memorandum of Understanding ".
